This Weekend in Darlington

We have many fun activities planned for this weekend in Darlington.  We’ll be celebrating Mother’s Day early at the MRO Community Center!  We’ve got a few special presents that children can make for Mom!

The Community Center opens at 5:00 pm on Friday.  Supervised Care Times are as follows:

Friday, April 11th
Nationwide Qualifying – 4:00 pm to EoQ
Cup Qualifying – 6:00 pm to EoQ
Nationwide Race – 7:45 pm to EoR

Saturday, April 12th
Cup Race – 6:15 pm to EoQ
*For more information about supervised care, please visit the “What We Do” tab at the top of the blog or contact us directly.

On Saturday, we’ll kick off women’s Bible study based on the book Restless: Because You Were Made for More by Jennie Allen.  You can get the book on Amazon (http://tinyurl.com/kss48w4).

The Restless Study is “a practical plan to identify the threads of our lives and how to intentionally weave them together for God’s glory and purpose”.  No need to read anything or prepare. The first lesson is introductory and will lay the foundation for this seven week study!

I hope you will prayerfully consider joining me. Do you want to define more specifically the you that God made you to be? Restless can be a good thing, something that breathes life into the dreams that God has made for you to live.

MRO ladies will meet for The Gathering at the Community Center on Saturday, April 12 at 10:30 am. This is an opportunity to meet and get to know new NASCAR ladies. So grab a friend and join us for coffee, conversation and community!

We hope to see your family there!  Please let us know if we can do anything to better serve your family this weekend!
