Nationwide Qualifying – 3:25 pm to EoQ
Cup Qualifying – 5:25 pm to EoQ
Nationwide Race – 7:15 pm to EoR

Saturday, August 22
National Anthem Practice – 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon
National Anthem Performance Sign-in ~ 5:30 pm
Cup Race – We will sign-in when we return from the National Anthem performance. Children who were signed-in at 5:30 pm for the performance will automatically be signed in for the race, unless parents wish to do something different. We will work with families to ensure the best option for you and your kids!

Practice is not required to participate, but we do encourage attendance if you are available.

We will provide accessories for the kids to choose from: hats, sunglasses, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and more! So come in your red, white and blue attire and then accessorize at the Community Center!

All children are welcome to ride the bus with us to the start/finish line OR families can meet us there. Children of all ages are invited to participate. If your child is young and needs a little extra TLC for the performance (it’s still overwhelming for us!), you or your spouse are welcome to stand with/hold them during the song!

Suite Trips

Friday Night – Children 2 1/2 through 4th grade will take a trip to the suite. Please bring $5-$10 to tip the suite attendant. Food is served in the suite: hot dogs, chicken tenders, chips, cookies and water/Sprite for drinks. We plan to return to the CC with 50 laps to go.

Saturday Night – Students 5th grade and up will go to the suite.

Both nights, if we have extra space available in the suite, we offer spots first to children of the other age group, then to parents who are there with their kids. We unfortunately won’t know if we’ll have extra space until 15 minutes before the race starts. If we have the space, we’d love to have you join us!

This is one of our favorite events of the year because the kids that we love get a chance to shine & be the rock-stars! We hope your family can join us. Please let us know if you have any questions.
